Monthly Business & Wellness Support Circles

Have you ever had a business challenge you felt overwhelmed by? Join the Just BE Community for monthly sessions where we workshop each others’ business problems together, share resources, and build meaningful community.

We don’t have to let burnout shape our experience as entrepreneurs. Access mentorship, holistic resources, and intentional community spaces to explore alternative ways to grow and sustain your business in ways that center healing, wellness, and restoration for Black Women Entrepreneurs.

Play is one of the best forms of healing. Join us for immersive play days that support mental and physical wellness, creative exploration, social connection, movement, and recreation. Let’s get out of our heads and into our bodies!

BIWOC Therapy Circle

Trauma-informed group therapy sessions provided by licensed clinicians to foster community, belonging, and healing around business trauma, self-esteem, burnout, and other unique mental, physical, and spiritual health-related challenges for BIWOC entrepreneurs.

For the Culture Market Vendor Access (coming soon)

Priority access to sell goods and services through For the Culture Market* (community-based online store).

*Every year since 2016, Just BE’s BIWOC Entrepreneurs have (on average) doubled their revenue through For the Culture Market.

Just BE has been integral to my entrepreneurship journey because simply put, the team and the community has been there from the beginning. I got seriously practical and empathetic advice when I was just dreaming up my first side-hustle small biz, Hey Ma Goods Co. and that encouragement empowered me to get going. I had the most fun and felt the most seen at their regular social meetups and to top it off, I was truly honored when they bet on me to design the brand identity for their 2020 For the Culture virtual holiday market—to date, it is one of my proudest portfolio pieces.   • Any Black, Indigenous, Women of Color entrepreneur (cis, trans, and non-binary) across the country of all industries, stages, and ages - with an emphasis on creative and social good businesses

  • The purpose is to elevate the sustainability of BIWOC business owners for generations to come! We do this by creating holistic opportunities for healing, play, wellness, and prosperity through the creation of symbiotic communities. Our vision is to create a world where BIWOC Entrepreneurs dream, heal, rest, and build legacy businesses rooted in regeneration, self-determination, and shared prosperity.

  • Members enjoy being part of a connected community of like-minded BIWOC Entrepreneurs who are on a journey toward healing and shared prosperity. Our community cultivates a sense of intimacy and care, that truly feels like we are building something magical together.

  • Join the First Access list here! The membership is not live just yet, but you will be the first to know. We will be launching the membership in 2024.

  • The cost of your Just BE Membership depends on how much revenue your business generates per year. We offer sliding scale pricing (similar to other business associations) that honors the values of shared prosperity and equity. We ask that those of us who have more abundant businesses pay more to support our sistas who are just getting started or who have fallen on hard times. With that said we are still finalizing our pay scale and are asking community members (like you) to weigh in. Complete our Community Interest Form and join the First Access List to give us your feedback.

  • Due to the high-touch approach and intentional symbiotic community building of our programming, we do not provide a trial period at this time.

  • We will host 2 membership-only sessions per month:

    • Business Problem Solving Circle

    • Healing Circle

    And one quarterly wellness outing for members

  • No, you do not need to be a member to be a vendor with For the Culture Market. We welcome creatives of all experience levels, from established professionals to up-and-coming artists.

  • Next year members can connect via any of our monthly or quarterly gatherings.

    Our membership will be hosted on Mighty Networks to enable live chatting features and resource sharing at a moment's notice.

  • The Just BE team has a breadth of business knowledge and resources to share with its members that we are developing into a centralized resource hub. Our knowledge base covers all elements of business development and wellness as well as building out legacy cooperative or worker self-directed business models. Just BE also prioritizes and organizes opportunities for members to pool our needs together in order to secure discount pricing on services like product shot photography package deals, shared vending space at major festivals, or collective professional development training in an area of our interest.

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. You will have access to membership perks until your current billing cycle expires.

  • Absolutely! In addition to sharing your products or services with other members of the Just BE community, we invite you to join the First Access List for the For the Culture Market vendor program to share your products or services with an engaged audience and community of over 7,500 followers.
